Higher Academy & Institute of Knowledge
is to carry out continuous and advanced researches
on the most relevant knowledges, skills, crafts, arts and sciences,
that will become most relevant in the 21st century and most
valuable towards helping an individual or an organisation
to be among the fittest ... to survive and thrive (and not to be
"eliminated" or "eaten up" by stronger competitors).
We are most interested in coming up with the most effective (and varied)
methodologies to teach and impart these knowledges, skills, crafts,
arts and sciences globally.
Who Are We?
The people behind the

Knowledge Higher Academy & Institute
are experts, specialists, academics, consultants,
intellectuals, researchers, teachers, students as well as amateur enthusiasts,
in different fields of study and from all over the world.
The idea for the
Mastery.My
Higher Academy & Institute For Knowledge Research
first started as just a small project,
by a few Knowledge Management consultants
at ArthurDaniel.Com
and Language consultants at
MandarinUniversity.Com.
As they have enjoyed working together so well in many rewarding and
significant projects, they decided that maybe they can come together
in a different endeavour to share and enrich one another further with
their own knowledges, experiences, skills, crafts, arts and sciences.
Over the years, as more and more people came to know about this "project",
it naturally grew in size with experts, specialists, academics, consultants,
intellectuals, researchers, teachers, students as well as amateur enthusiasts,
from more and more varied fields requested (or were invited) to join this huge
worldwide community.
Our current international community is made up of
individuals of different expertise, race, language, religion, belief,
level of education, etc. from
PR China, Hong Kong, Taiwan (ROC), Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand,
India, United Kingdom & Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain),
United States, Canada, South America, Russia, etc.
Our Main Focus
Our main focus is to research, identify, study, analyse (analyze),
and impart the relevant knowledges, skills, crafts, arts and sciences
that will help an individual in our present world to become
well-equipped with sufficient understandings, grasps and mastery

to become the fittest to survive and thrive at work, in business and
in life in general. To be a consummate human being that is most able

but the "fittest" - the most able to adapt to any environment,
any social requirement, any mission ...
any positive or negative motivations physically, mentally, emotionally,
socially, morally and spiritually.
A true master of his / her destiny.
An EFFICIENT and RELEVANT homo sapiens sapiens
that no robot or machine in the world could replace or even come anywhere near.
We are very interested in how the relevant knowledges learnt, understood, mastered
and applied (used) can "strengthen" a person's ability to succeed and advance himself
in his career, business or life in general.
We are interested in the "What", "Why", "Where", "When", "Who" and How.
WHAT? Yes, WHAT kind of knowledges? WHAT kind of relevant knowledges can
make a person or organisation more competitive or have an edge over peers or/and
competitors. What kind of knowledges can help a person become faster,
stronger, smarter, wiser .... fitter?
WHY? We study and analyse why certain people find it earier to
learn certain knowledges and not others. Why do people from different
geographical, social, cultural, educational or religious background
have different abilities to accept, learn, understand, master or apply
certain knowledges, skills, crafts, arts or sciences.
WHERE? Yes, where do we find the relevant knowledges, skills, crafts,
arts or sciences? And where do we apply them for maximum results?
WHEN? That's right. When is the best time to impart these knowledges,
skills, crafts, arts and sciences. In primary schools to children?
In secondary schools to teenagers? In colleges, universities
or institutions of higher learnings to young adults?
In specialised institutes or academies to adults?
Or maybe offered as post-graduate studies. When and how much to teach?
When will be the person or organisation be ready to learn or when will
it be too late?
WHO? Yes, next will be the "whos". Who are the people who will eventually
need these knowledges, skills, crafts, arts and sciences.
We compare the students (learners or target audience) from the perspective of
who they are from their different nationality, race, age, sex, languages spoken,
mother tongue, educational level, religion, beliefs, geography, etc.

We want to know why some teaching systems and methodologies are effective,
and why some are not. We want to know how people learn things.
How people understand things. How people master a knowledge, skill, craft,
art or science. How people become good at something. How people apply
what they have learnt. We want to know which are the most
effective systems for teaching and why. We are very interested in how people
learn things and how people impart to (teach) others what they know.
